Benji Kramer

Profile

Benji is an experienced immigration lawyer with a particular focus on employer-sponsored, family, and business investment visas. He regularly advises on complex matters involving TSS (482), 186, and 491 visas, and has acted in appeals before the Migration Review Tribunal and Federal Court. Motivated by a desire to modernise and humanise the migration process, Benji co-founded PocketLegal, aiming to deliver practical, client-focused solutions in a traditionally rigid area of law.

Beyond his work in immigration, Benji’s legal career spans a broad range of practice areas, including intellectual property disputes, personal injury claims, class actions, civil litigation, commercial matters, and property law. He holds a Master of Laws from the University of New South Wales and a Bachelor degree from Macquarie University.
